Hand to Hand Workshop

Led by Robert Light with extensive experience in acrobatics, this workshop will focus on the fundamentals of hand to hand techniques, including balance, strength, coordination, and trust-building exercises. Participants will learn how to execute dynamic acrobatic movements with precision and grace while working collaboratively with a partner.Make sure to bring a water bottle and wear appropriate attire for movement. Parents and studio directors are welcome to watch the class.

About Robert Light:

Robert Light is the head coach of the acrobatic gymnastics program at Glenmore Gymnastics. He has been involved in multiple gymnastics disciplines throughout his career, but has a passion for acrobatics. He loves working with all skill levels, ages and abilities - as his goal is to help all individuals enjoy the sport as much as he does!
